INTENSIVE WORKSHOP///////////
Son sesiones temáticas intensivas que generalmente varían entre las 3 y 6 horas de duración, repartidas en uno o más días.
Parto de una inquietud artística que propongo abordar desde un trabajo físico-sensorial en el que invitar al cuerpo en esta aventura con plena presencia.
Trabajo a partir de paradigmas que despiertan mi interés, aplicando una metodología que los transforma en una exploración colectiva. El contexto en el que se desarrolla cada taller también informa el proceso, por lo que algunas propuestas adquieren un carácter site-specific, en diálogo con el espacio y sus particularidades.
Trato de poner el método al servicio de la intuición y viceversa .
Los talleres tienen lugar en Madrid y también a nivel internacional, en plataformas con las que colaboro regularmente, como Texnourgeío (Grecia) y Arrábida Dance Labs (Portugal).
These are themed, in-depth sessions usually ranging from 3 to 6 hours, spread over one or more days.
Each workshop begins with an artistic question that I explore through a physical-sensory practice—an invitation for the body to enter fully into the experience, with presence and curiosity.
I work from personal paradigms that stir my interest and transform them into shared explorations, shaped by a methodology that allows individual intuition to meet collective inquiry. The context in which the workshop takes place often informs the process—some sessions take on a site-specific character, engaging with the particularities of space and place.
My approach seeks a fluid dialogue between method and intuition, where structure supports spontaneity.
Workshops are held in Madrid and internationally, in collaboration with platforms such as Texnourgeío (Greece) and Arrábida Dance Labs (Portugal).

Texnourgeío es un espacio multifuncional dedicado a las artes y a disciplinas físicas alternativas en el corazón de Atenas, que ofrece clases y seminarios de danza, acrobacias y teatro, encuentros artísticos, proyecciones de cine, entre otras actividades.
Desde 2023 programamos este taller de fin de semana que tiene lugar de manera periódica los meses de Junio y Diciembre.

Technourgeio is a multifunctional space dedicated to the arts and alternative physical disciplines in the heart of Athens. It offers classes and seminars in dance, acrobatics, and theater, as well as artistic gatherings, film screenings, and more.
Since 2023, we have been organizing this weekend workshop, which takes place periodically in June and December.
